This module will explain the key elements of a rapid building assessment, including reassessments and removal of placards following remediation.
It is important and encouraged that Territorial Authorities are supported to continue with business-as-usual consenting application requests as well as consent applications from building owners seeking to have their placard status changed.
This module will provide you with an understanding of how to report including:
- building assessment types,
- type of placards,
- managing ongoing hazards.
