Home

- Home tab
- Select the Home tab at any time to return to the homepage. On the homepage you have information relating to...
- My Learning tab
- Select My Learning to access your personal information, your badges (rewards for learning) and courses you are currently enrolled in.
- Select My Record of Learning to access your learning records (current and completed) and associated evidence.
- Select My Bookings to access your face to face session bookings.
- Find Learning tab
- Select Find Learning to search for courses.
- My Reports tab
- Select My Reports to view reports you have acess to.
- Help tab
- Select Help to access help for this site.
Breadcrumbs
Breadcrumbs allow you to go backwards in navigation. Breadcrumbs also give you a visual context for the pages you view on this site.

Profile Menu
Select the arrow next to your name in the site banner to view your Profile menu.
- Select My Learning to access your personal information, your badges (rewards for learning) and courses you are currently enrolled in.
- Select Profile to access your profile.
- Select Grades to view your course grades
- Select Messages to view and respond to your messages
- Select Preferences to edit your profile or change your password, you can also change your message options here.
- Select Log out to log out of the system
My learning
The My Learning tab gives you access to your personal details and your learning history:

- My Record of Learning
- My Bookings
My Learning
Select My Learning to access your personal information, your badges (rewards for learning) and courses you are currently enrolled in:

Check out how to edit your Profile.
My Record of Learning
Select My Record of Learning from My Learning to access your learning records (current and completed) and associated evidence.
The Record of Learning page displays. From here you can access current and completed courses plus any evidence associated with them. You can also export this information e.g. you may want to do this if you need to share your learning evidence with other organisations.

My Bookings
Select My Bookings from My Learning to access your face to face session bookings.
The My Bookings page displays. On this page you can see your future and past face to face session bookings.

Edit my Profile
It is important that your profile details are correct. These details are used to ensure you have access to the correct information and courses.
You can access your profile by selecting Profile and selecting Edit Profile under User details. You by selecting Preferences and selecting Edit profile.
Add a Profile Picture
You can also add a photo to your profile.
Once you are editing your profile, scroll down to the User picture section. You can either browse to find and upload an image on your PC/laptop/device, or drag and drop it into the box. Once you've uploaded your photo, add a description e.g. your name.
Select Edit profile and add your image. The image you upload will be reduced in size and saved.
Find Learning
There are three different ways to access courses. Discover allows you to view all courses available to you. Recent Learning and Record of Learning allows you access courses you are enrolled in.
Find Learning
Use this method to find all courses that are available to you. Select the Find Learning tab.

Use the search box to search the available courses. Enter a word (or words) from the course name in the search box and select Search. The results display.
Recent Courses
Recent courses allows you to quickly access courses you have already started.
Choose My Learning from the the main menu and select the course name from the Recent Learning section.

Recording of Learning
Your Record of Learning displays all courses you are or have been enrolled in.
Select My Record of Learning from the My Learning.

Your Record of Learning page displays. By default all current and previous courses are displayed. Courses that display as a link you are able to access. Course that appear in grey text are no longer available.
Understanding Course Progress and Completion
Course pages typically display Course Completion information. This tells you what you need to do to complete the course, plus what progress you have already made.
Course Completion Block
The course completion block tells you what activities your required to complete to achieve a course completion.
In the screenshot below, the completion status shows the status of the course (Pending) and that one activity needs to be completed to complete the course.

Proof of Completion
You can export your proof of the completion from your record of learning:
- Navigate to your Record of Learning (My Learning > My Record of Learning)
- Your course completions display on the courses tab
- The export options display at the bottom of the page, we recommend using PDF was your export format.
Forums
A forum is a collaborative space where participants exchange thoughts and ideas.
View
You can access your course forums by selecting the Forum activity on the course page. All current discussions are display, select a discussion to view the replies.
Post
To start a discussion select Add a new discussion topic. It is a good idea to ensure email notifications are turned on when you start a discussion.
To reply to a discussion, open the discussion and select Reply to the part of the conversation you would like to reply to.
